Behind the Scenes Week 3 of Final
The last week of working on the final I edited and thought of the three uses.
To edit I made rough cuts of the three sections, learning how to use sequences in Premiere Pro. Then I moved on to Color.
The color was very difficult for the Mars scene, so for a minute I got frustrated and decided I should try to learn Davinci Resolve (a different editing software that is slightly more sophisticated for color) but I soon realized that was silly and a bit overkill so I returned to Premiere and worked more patiently to try and create the color look that I wanted through Effects and Lumetri Color.
After the color I moved on to the sound and tried to fix it up, although I could go farther in terms of clearning it up if I had a longer time to work on this project. I also made a quick song for the background of the Mars scene to add ambiance.
I made the song by playing with the magic mouse and then Garageband.
