For this week, I began with the idea of a design that can be used in 3 ways.
In making this short film, it all began for me with the idea to make an action-filled short. Here was my initial idea.
I decided to collaborate with Michael and we tossed around ideas. We decided on Michael's idea of a film about a killer fan that was also used to make art. From there he went off to make the amazing miniature fan and the bloody paintings and I went off to create the script and storyboards. is the script.
I was able to learn from the mistakes of previous weeks and this time I actually wrote about the characters and did a bit of character study before writing the script. Here it is:
